They say God's ways are so much bigger than we could ever imagine. In our case that is very true! We were blessed with a biological daughter in 2001. A few years later we brought her baby sister home from China. Soon after that, our home became filled to the brim with little ones from our state foster care system. How blessed we are! Not only is our farmhouse filled with sweet children, but you will always find kittens in the barn, ponies in the pasture, and chickens in the henhouse...life is full here on this little piece of heaven the Lord has so graciously blessed us with. We give Him all the thanks and praise!
Age 10. Little homemaker in training. She spends her days sewing, reading, helping with babies, baking and tending to her pets.
Age 5. Our blessing from Guangdong, China. Adopted November 2007, at 16 months of age. We can't imagine life without her!
Our first foster placement, who came to us as an infant in July 2009. She is 2 years old now...and we are blessed to be moving toward the adoption process with her!
Our second placement, a preemie, who we brought home from the hospital in March 2010. Her current plan is adoption as well...but we're not there yet, as her case is dragging on. She is the baby of the house, and what a blessing she is!
